Sales Associates are the face of our business and play a direct role in driving property revenue and resident satisfaction. As the first point of contact, you’ll create impactful first impressions, build genuine relationships, and turn an initial lease into a long‑term resident experience. 

This role is ideal for individuals who are competitive, people‑oriented, and motivated by performance, growth, and recognition. 

What You’ll Do 

• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals 
• Convert leads into in-person tours 
• Conduct high-energy tours 
• Overcome objections and close the sale 
• Build long-term resident relationships to increase retention 
• Execute a structured, proven sales process
